Offices, medical and dental clinics, retail spaces, fitness studios, faith communities, and post-construction handovers across Spokane and Spokane Valley. We don't do industrial / heavy manufacturing. That's a different specialization.

After-hours is default. We can also do early-morning before opening. Mid-day cleans are possible but rare; we typically schedule the cadence around your operating hours so customers / patients / staff don't see us at all.

Yes. Full general liability + fidelity bonds + Workers' Comp coverage. We can add named insureds and provide certificate of insurance (COI) before contract signing.

We use 30-day rolling agreements rather than annual contracts. Either party can adjust scope or end the agreement with 30 days notice. We don't lock customers in. The relationship has to keep earning itself.

Every facility is different: square footage, traffic, frequency, and the spaces that need extra attention all shape the work. So we do not post a one-size rate that would only mislead you. We price honestly to your building and your budget. Send the estimate form and we reply with a written estimate within a business day, and we always recommend a free on-site walk-through so the quote fits how your space actually runs.

We can. Either we provide them and pass-through cost monthly, or we use what your facilities team stocks. Whichever fits your AP setup.
